IPAF – MEWP Operator training
Riwal is the only authorised IPAF Training Centre in Sweden for the international MEWP operator training. Theoretical studies are carried out independently online prior to the training. The training includes a written theory test and practical training. Choose between one or two MEWP categories. The training is valid for 5 years.
Work at height / Harness training
Basic theoretical training for work at height and use of personal protective equipment, for everyone who works on a mewp, on the roof, on scaffolding or similar. A half day theoretical training with a practical element.
Hot Work training (Heta Arbeten®)
The training is for you who works with tools that includes an open flame, heating or spark formation at a temporary workplace. A full day training including theory and practise for Hot workers, permit issuer and fire watcher in accordance with the insurance companies’ safety regulations. The training is valid for 5 years.
Slinger / Banksman and Safety in lifting
A theoretical half day training where the participants learn the Swedish regulations, rules and safety in lifting, to minimise the risk of injuries. The training is for everyone that works as a slinger/banksman, signaler or as a forman or supervisor.
Telehandler training
Training for telehandlers (category C7) is for using the telehandler with forks and only for work at a flat surface. The course includes both theoretical and practical training. The training follows the Swedish regulations TLP10 and developed guidelines. Course duration is between 1-2 days depending on the previous experience of the course participants. We can also offer similar training for forklifts (category B1) or other categories within TLP10.

Our training courses are held at our depots in Gävle, Stockholm, Norrköping and Malmö, or in Skellefteå/Luleå with our cooperation partners.
Other information
We also offer company specific training on site! All of our full day training courses at our depots includes coffee and lunch. And our training complies with applicable standards, laws and regulations.
